St Mary’s Priory Church marked its Patronal Festival with a Choral Evensong, the first in at least a decade. Cardiff Chamber Choir joined the Revd John to lead the liturgy, and the Revd Zoe preached on the Magnificat, reflecting on Mary’s transformative witness. Around seventy people attended, and nearly all stayed on for refreshments and conversation.

The response was warm and encouraging, with many hoping the festival Evensong will become an annual tradition. The parish expressed sincere thanks for the grant that made the celebration possible.
