About this church
The Chapel Royal is an eccesiastical body of clergy, singers and vestry officers appointed to serve the spiritual needs of the country's reigning sovereign. However, everyone is welcome to attend the regular services held in the Chapel Royal and to worship in the place where kings and queens have done so for centuries.
About the choir
The choir comprises 6 gentlemen who are professional singers and 16 boys. The choirboys are aged 7-13 and attend various local schools, both state-run and independent. When the boys are unavailable a consort of the Gentlemen and professional sopranos sing the service.
